Effective Date: February 24, 2026 These Terms govern your use of the ValueShift App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant
   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial video conferencing on your supported devices, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules (Apple or Google). All rights not granted are reserved by us or our licensors.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
   Access requires a paid subscription processed via Stripe to cover transaction and operational costs only. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through your Stripe/account settings. You authorize charges to your payment method via Stripe. Refunds (if any) are at our discretion or as required by law—no automatic refunds for partial periods. 3. User Responsibilities
   You must not misuse the App (e.g., harassment, spam, illegal activities, reverse-engineering, or interfering with service). Maintain account security. You are responsible for your conduct during calls.
4. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability
   The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
5. Termination We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or legal reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.
6. Governing Law Governed by the laws of [insert your jurisdiction, e.g., Australia or the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of laws principles].
7. Platform-Specific Terms
   • iOS: Your use is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), except where these Terms provide otherwise.
   • Android: Governed by these Terms and Google Play’s terms where applicable.
8. Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
